E-therapy, online therapy, or telemental health — all birds of a feather! 

Online therapy occurs in real-time, face-to-face, via video conference. Think Skype or FaceTime but much more secure (HIPAA-secure, in fact). 

It’s a convenient and accessible option that lets you receive the therapy you need without having to give up any of the benefits of an in-office session. 

All you need is a device with a camera, a good internet connection, and a private location for your appointment.

I work with teens and adults 18 and over.

I help people whose anxiety is getting in the way of leading a purposeful and enjoyable life. I work most frequently with people experiencing the following concerns: 

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) or constant, excessive worrying that interferes with every day functioning.
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) or recurring, unwanted thoughts or images that cause repetitive, disruptive behavior, which is hard to stop.
  • Health-related anxiety or fears about getting sick or becoming unwell, which get in the way of day-to-day life.
  • Anxiety that interferes in relationships with others, like constantly worrying about doing something wrong, being well-liked, or engaging in people-pleasing.
  • Folks experiencing stressful life changes and are struggling to cope.
